This Privacy Policy describes how we, FastMarkIt LLC (“FastMarkIt”), collect and use the personally identifiable information you provide on our Site and through the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). 6. SERVICES TERMINATION

When your Services are cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personally identifiable information is placed in “deactivated” status with our third party billing partners and on our relevant FastMarkIt databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
